Disciple of Leira fashion in collections

In the collections window for Masquerade of Liars we have some newly appeared entries for disciple of Leira fashion. It looks very different to the previous appearance (which was like the Summer festival Sunite fashion). I have disciple of Leira items in my appearance tab, and they have the old appearance. There are disciple of Leira items on the auction house, but they have the old appearance.

How do we get the items with the new appearance? They're not in the store.
Maybe we can't... it is a festival of liars after all Perhaps next year...
