GWF'S 3rd FEAT

I'm a pretty new player i'm playing since september 2021 and i'm almost endgame but the gwf's 3rd feat (Overpenetration) make me struggle to create a new build because capping two rate is a limit in some build (such as the raptor). i've a suggestion, to me Overpenetration is not the real problem infact brutal critical as today is completely useless. you can slightly change brutal critical and make him charge the rage also when you are allready in rage (obviously not 2 for every critic). it will help a lot to gwf's dps.

overpenetration is badly designed, and though everybody complains about it, apparently devs don't address to this
