Can you please try to adjust the volume of all participants to the same level? In the most recent stream, Brett's volume was significantly LOUDER than that of Miku or Julia.
While I'm at it, I'm disappointed by the stream approach generally (across multiple streams). The randomness of questions is not helpful. Some organization (you DID ask for questions) would be helpful. And replies tend to be equally disappointing.
An example is one of the first questions - enchant stone 6. Quite frankly - WHY does it still exist and drop. Disappointing answer - it will "not be available in dragon slayer campaign as rewards". Don't really quite know what that means but it does imply that they will still be available for purchase (and thereby occupying a slot in some list that might be better filled with something useful).

For Q&As where we ask for questions ahead of time, we spend time gathering all the questions (with only edits for clarity to keep the integrity of the questions) and then try to spread them out for topic balancing. Some questions may not be of interest to some folks, but if they were posted it means they are of interest to other players.
In regards to responses, sometimes there isn't more information we can share because it's being actively worked on so there isn't a clear-cut answer.
We do believe that streams are better when they are very focused/specific on a topic but it's important for us to get a baseline of where that focus is. In past streams not related to rewards, we would get an assortment of reward question from across a broad spectrum so our first rewards-specific stream was intentionally broad to accommodate that diversity of questions. Now that we have that experience, we can determine a more optimal approach to the topic.
