Why Item Level Requirement for Private Q?

Heya, great stream today. There was something that I don't think most players have noticed and maybe we can correct it before release. The topic is item level requirement for private Qs. Is this even necessary? The current system is flawed and takes away from the fun in the game. For example, if I want to run MZC with my 10k IL toon, I can, but I have to enter the Q first and then take off all my gear to get down to 10k. Why put any minimum restrictions at all for private Qs? It's unnecessary and removes part of the fun of the game. Let us host how we want to. No reason to throttle our fun. Also, added one more factor. Previous to MOD21, we didn't have to be level 20 to enter a Q. We could join ToMM and MZC at level 1 if we wanted to. Why nerf our fun? Take away this unnecessary restriction.
