Relying on getting hit for a bonus is extremely unreliable since not all bosses hit that often.
Like for Tanks, the best bonus would be a bonus that gives you stacks based on how long you keep up aggro. Example would be a Ribcage with stacks based on each second you keep aggro on enemy. And you get +Deflect and Deflect Severity.
