[XBOX] Title Missing

I don't usually run a title on my character, however, I was feeling like it and went looking for one I got quite a while ago called 'Avatar of War'. I know I used to have it because it was the first title I went after when I first started paying back in 2015. I still have the Avatar of War gear as transmutes, but submitting a ticket did nothing. They essentially told me to go to the forums.

Has anyone else lost an in-game title and if so, how could we get them back?
