Where is the place to exchange R5 enchantment to account wide?

I made a mythic Battle Tempered Enchantment. I read it can be exchanged/converted/upgraded to an account wide version. How is that done? Thanks.

    It's done at the same vendor that you exchange all the old enchants, just a different tab, then you use the reclaim agent to claim it.

    Thanks. I found it. It is not the one that does the old enchant though (I expected that too). I found that in the RCA. I need to exchange R5 to R5 (Account) in RCA and then claim again in RCA.
