Quest path for Ch. 3 Going Undercover is wrong

Quest path for intro quest to Cloaked Ascendency - Ch 3 Going Undercover is just plain wrong. The quest tells you to go to the Tower of Alteration but the quest path sparkle line lead you to the moonstone mask portal when you are in PE. Go to the Moonstone mask and the sparkle line leads you right back to PE zone portal.
