Refining Bugged

So I’m trying to upgrade my artifacts, however when I attempt to upgrade I get booted back to the loading screen. This has happened multiple times on my Bard, attempting to upgrade bard sigil.

    Is this happening on any other character or when attempting to refine any other item?

    I pulled up my other characters and it wasn’t an issue. I rebooted the game, and about an hour later or so it seemed to be working properly again.
