Masterwork Tools and Fashion Items

I earned my masterwork items a long time ago, but in those days inventory space was scarce and I had to let some of the fashion items go. I was hoping to buy them again so I could add them to my appearance library, but sadly it won't let me.

I guess I can't buy them because I aready earned them... is that right?

Disappointing...
