Artifact weapons of Avernus (Blessed set) not obtainable since zariel favor quests are over....

How are we supposed to equip artifact weapons in that game if the most easily obtainable weapon appropriate for level 20 was in an event that is over and we cant farm anymore ?

    No, you can't unless you bought the reforge pack when the event was on. In short, you are not supposed to get it (if you did not do anything in the first month of the event).
