Etrien-Companion from Bard Pack

I purchased the Bard pack in the zen store and was given the Etrien Companion. I leveled her up to mythic, and when I equip her utility power, the item level is only 300 and not 750 like it is supposed to be. Even in the tooltip when you see it, its only 300. It should be 750 which is a bug.
