Apocalypse dagger artifact is character bound from Manycoins

I noticed Apocalypse dagger artifact became character bound from Manycoins Bank Heist skirmish.
It was 'bind on equip' the last time I checked.
I am unsure if it's intended.

When first released in the loot table for the skrimish it was put character bound. This was a bug and was fixed making it unbound. Seems we have another item to add to the list of binding errors!!
