It is unclear what a means of movement gives one or another skill + wish about equipment for quests

As can be seen in the image, it is not clear to which means of movement of which skill refers. It is not clear what horse should be improved.
I think this problem can be simply solved by adding skills to the pop-up tip when you guide the cursor. As shown in the second image.
