Is it possible if the devs have time to stop horns popping through this headgear piece

The head gear i want the horns to stop popping through is 'Broken Cap Of The Omnipotent'. It's my fav head piece and i know it's a rather silly thing to request but i am kinda invested in how my character looks. I'm a Tiefling so the horns ruin it.

    So don't be a tiefling.
