[PC] Flickering Character models

Since the patch, I've had issues with my characters having a weird "flickering" effect all over them. Primarily in the new Adventurer's Guild and, as I discovered last night, on the launch screen and in character creation. I know there's another topic that talks about 'shadows' but the image links are broken and I can't tell if it's the same issue. I've tried doing a force verify, I've tried turning everything off/on in my graphics settings. I've tried running it in different windowed modes. Nothing seems to be working. Any suggestions on what I can try? I'll see if I can't get a screen grab of it later on but just getting this up and out there real quick before I have to run off to work. Got it. Just hope it works.
