Patch Notes?

Apologies if I'm over-looking this but, are we not bothering with preview patch notes anymore? Hasn't really been a patch note update on announcements for awhile and it appears there's a signifcantly large patch right now and still nothing.

If you want preview to serve it's purpose and want us to give feedback it helps if we no what's actually being changed/updated.

For the record, this applies to live also. Transparency over stealth changes please.
