QoL proposal. Adding slider bar to purchases made from vendors.

I would like to request to have a slider by added to the NPC vendors to allow players to purchase more than 1 item at a time.
Many vendors already have this feature although there are some vendors that do not have the slider bar feature that could use it.

Ie. Bounty Master in Caer Konig, when purchasing Konig Coins.
