Thayan Magical Shelter Damage Bug

This has happened to me twice this week on 2 different toons. Upon entering the Thayan Magical Shelter in Well of Dragons, you randomly take damage. No idea what it was, as I barely stepped foot inside and hadn't aggroed the mob in the first room.
