Anyone else experience this??

Sent 2 of my characters to preview ( have 3 there already from earlier this year) about 12 hrs ago and they are still not in Preview. Bugged??

It does work on my end. I went to https://www.arcgames.com/en/my/character/copy/nw

I hate to tell you, looks like you will need a support to help... assuming they can do anything about it. Most of the time they just tell people it is outside their abilities. Which makes one wonder what is within their abilities?

Are you selecting Mimic as your server? That is the only thing I can think of at present. I will be at a party today with @hotfrostworm (4th of July) I will mention it to him. I think he still has preview loaded on his PC. I blew all that stuff off long ago, then he asked me to download Magic for testing and that same day they announced it was being shutdown. I feel like a jinx. Don't expect an immediate response with the holiday.

Of course I did... just like I did with my other characters a few months back. Just checked again and still not in preview.
I also noticed it had to download a huge patch before I could enter and after I left Preview, went to Live, then went to enter Preview again, the same patch I just downloaded needed to download again. Today, I did another copy of 2 of my characters into Preview (Mimic) today.... went to the Preview and once again, have to download the patch.

and no, still no new characters in Preview.

It did not work when I tried it few hours ago. After seeing @hotfrostworm post, I tried again. It works now.

Weird.... another Guild Mate of mine is having the same problem I am,, Hmmmmm I will have to send a ticket I guess. TY all

For whatever it worth, I have just tried again. It does not work now.
