We have now fully resolved the issue with Protector's Figurines disappearing. We truly appreciate your patience.

Players who lost the Protector's Figurines obtained during the event run have had them returned to their currency inventory tab. We continue to work on restoring Figurines obtained upon opening bags once the event ended. We will provide another update when available.

We have resolved the issue where Protector's Figurines were disappearing so this no longer occurs and have re-enabled the bag on the Zen Market. We are working on returning the missing figurines to impacted players.

Due to issues with Protector's Figurines from the bags, the bag has been removed from the Zen Market. For those that purchased the bag after the Anniversary Event was over but before the bag was removed, please contact Customer Support. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
We will work to address this for future Anniversary last-chance vendor runs.
