[PC] I'm suffering from this strange bug

Hello, since I installed the game on my pc, I have been having this strange "shadow" bug in the models (Screens: https://ibb.co/XkVL9yC, https://ibb.co/RygPSdq ). I have completely uninstalled the game, cleaned the video card files with the DDU and the problem persists, I don't know what to do and it is very annoying.

What are your pc spec?
As example

CPU: Intel i5- 8300h
GPU - Dedicated - nVidia geForce GTX 1050 4gb
RAM - 8 gb DDR4 2400mhz
Storage: 500gb samsung ssd 970 evo plus
Storage 2: 1 TB hdd. 500 rpm

OS windows 10.
DirectX - 12

Other stuffs keep private and no need anyone know.


Now what I would do in your situation. First thing, I would in game settings> visuals and reset to default. If that didn't work, adjust shadows and reflection to minimal, then check out do it still cause same problem.. If no then increase shadows quality.

Oher thing, if you have decicated gpu, make sure game run with it, not using itegrated gpu ( I had this issue when first time run game on new laptop).

try run in safe mode (checkbox in the launcher) also set graphic settings to low spec; disable vsync/adaptive-sync;
also if you use GeForce® Experience, uninstall it too.
