What the hell's going on why is it saying May 14th Shard maintenance but there is nothing to look up

What the hell is going on Neverwinter when you are on the homepage is saying today has a Shard maintenance look on the forms and yet there is nothing posted on your guys's and on the form page so what the hell's going on why is my game so laggy when's it going to get fixed because you guys ain't posting this information like you say you are

2 hours to fix a description? that should be hotfix stuff. something else happened they're not saying.

I spent an hour looking for it. It's like it wasn't indexed in Google yet or something. Anyway, don't feel foolish. Or at least don't feel alone. :)
