Missing bounty box

Hi all,

Recently one of my characters completed "Bounty: Secret in the Grove" but after collecting the rewards from the bounty board nothing appeared in inventory.

After submitting a ticket, support are now asking me for the exact name of the missing reward. I've completed this before on another character and got an item of companion equipment and I think it was after opening a box, but can't remember precisely and certainly can't remember any exact name.

Please can anyone help?

well maybe the box only gives you 1 diamond shard and some currency.

So presumably I was mistaken about opening a box, and the bounty board didn't reward anything extra I didn't already have, so wouldn't necessarily notice what was received.

Most of the time you receive 1 diamond shard, some currency (bashin or undead) amd fallen seals. Per gear, even green, is rarely given.
