Refine and restoration

i have all the materials for the illusion weapons i cannot restore weapons or refine enchants or insignias its been four days i would greatly appreciate a rapid solution for this issue. I donot get a error message and I have everything I need to restore and refine. They said in my ticket it is a bug and to report it here
