[PC] Bug The starting quest dark tidings is not available

It is not possible to get the quest dark tidings from Sergant Knox in Pe you can only start the quest through the campaign window.

I bought the campaign through the zen store. After I used the campaign token I saw that the campaign window changed to
a completed version of itself and now I cannot start the quest through the window anymore.

I as well recognized that my chars that didn't play Chult cannot accept the quest from Knox. Through the campaign it works tho.
