On the Road Quest in Avernus

Cannot complete this quest due to not being able to "Use the War Machine's Boost" - with full red circle while in car, it keeps saying "Not Enough Stamina". So, can't get to the Wandering Emporium, can't get any other quests from those NPC's, and therefore can't advance any further is the campaign. I've switched to different characters that have completed the whole campaign and they cannot use the War Machine's Boost either.

    Use the 'w' key before hit the 'shift'.

    had same problem: use Q button istead shift. i never touch key option but it used boost as shift key. maybe it work also for u
