Stronghold Wards are not working as tooltip states

The stronghold wards state that they perform a damage reduction on enemies for 10 seconds. They only last 5 seconds. In addition the rank II are not stacking with the rank I. Lastly, the Enhance Overload: Guild Boon is not affecting the overall damage reduction of the wards as described in the tool tip. (I tested with Fey wards and Troll wards.)
