NO campaign progress in redeemed citadel milestone IV with reforger's blessing

I bought reforger's blessing for milestone IV and the campaign is still open as it should be, but new zariel's favors add ONLY to the currency total and DO NOT add to the milestone progress. I thus CANNOT progress in the milestone anymore.
From other players who bought all 4 milestones forger's blessing, I hear that favors now add to the first milestone only, NOT to the other 3 as well as they did before mod 20 started.
