I see a new cosmetic version of the bilethorn enchantment has been added to a Zen market promo pack.
The last 2 cosmetic enchantments that were made available via the Zen market were needed shortly after their release. Ie holy vorpal and barkshield.
Should we be expecting a nerf to the bilethorn in the near future, as per the last 2 cosmetic enchantment releases???
