Underdark Rings Missing Stats

I didn't see anything in the preview server discussions about these items, but the Underdark rings that drop from Demo/Throne/etc seem to be missing stats. They are currently only giving Combined Rating at 80%, like most other rings, but no additional stats.

    These rings have been underpowered for years. 100% combined rating would give them a little life.

    Yeah, I don't know if it's an oversight or whatever, but I'm just looking for some type of consistency in this update that is bringing old items back to life.
