Empowered Runestones bugged in defensive slots?

in Bug Reports (PlayStation®4)
I put in an Empowered r15 runestone into a defensive slot in the Blessed Icon of the Companion. There was no change in my HP or my companions HP. I slotted an Enigmatic r15 runestone, and it worked just fine. Please look into this and get back to me.
