The truth is... NWO is what it is. I have played since Mod 2, lived through Mod 6 and 16 which changed this game forever. I have, for years, posted my opinions on game play, content and rewards. The answer I seem to always get is... either accept it or leave. The Devs will do what they do, and the truth is, we either buy into the product they are selling, or don't.
If I go to a restaurant that has awful food at a high price, they will never get my business again.
If I play a game that is not fun, rewarding or just makes my brain hurt... the same will happen.
If you really do not like the product Cryptic has provided... then the choice is yours.
I have played NWO for years and years, putting in so much time, money, effort, blood sweat and tears. The reality is ... I either accept this, or reject it and move to another game. The Devs/Cryptic really could care less what I do. That is the truth.

1.) They start to make the game "user friendly" again and make it so we CAN play multiple toons or....
2.) Another game comes along that is so awesome we completely forget about Cryptic altogether.
