Dumb question: What is combined rating?

in General Discussion (PC)
For example, a piece of equipment has:

Item level 882
combined rating +794
Critical Severity +662
Accuracy +662

What does combined rating mean? I don't see that term in the character sheet. The patch note mentioned combined rating but I cannot find what that is for.

    Combined Rating adds that number to ALL ratings. So is "worth" x15+ the number listed
