Platinum Ring of the Herald incorrect buff

The "Platinum Ring of the Herald" item is supposed to buff Movement speed and Defense by 10% when standing still for 6sec.
It incorrectly boosts the Defense rating, instead of applying a 10 percent increase (as part of "Other contributions").
