Mildstone 4 & Zariels Favors

I know that come Jan. 18th Mildstone 4 will be locked unless you bought the Reforgers Box. - Question - if you did not buy the box will people still be able to do Hunts to get Favors so they can buy stuff like Armor - Blessings ECT ECT

I would also like to know! even tho I bought the reforgers blessing for milestone 4! wondering if I still can obtain zariels favor. cause I want that starfade cape
