Stat Caps and Barbarian Rage Bonuses

Does anyone know how the stat caps and the bonus damage and crit severity are going to work? Will my bonus damage/crit sev while raging allow me to exceed the 90% cap or will it be completely wasted since the cap will eat anything exceeding it?

    The damage buff from Rage (20% normally, 14% with Relentless Battlerage) is separate from your Power or CA or Critical Hits or Accuracy. So no need to worry about caps for the Rage damage buff.

    The Critical Severity bonus on Rage should fall within the 90% cap, but it goes in the 40% percentage category.
