Disconnects from server

in Bug Reports (Xbox One)
Anytime I load into the bar in Avernus or load in for Bel or any dungeon I get DC'd from the server even passing through doors that have a loading screen. My internet is unlimited 360-400 mps and I'm wired with ethernet. And this only happens on Neverwinter, anyone have any suggestions or feed back?
