Professions Grand Upgrade not resolving

Jen Littleknight, a lvl 80 Halfling Ranger has 510,250 of 500,000 required for The Grand Upgrade. It will not give me the upgrade. My other character, an 80 lvl half-orc Barbarian had no issues with it.

Do you mean the final upgrade of workshop? If yes, it is 5,000,000 and not 500,000. You have only done 10%.
