Masquerade of liars bugged

Got the quest with my main toon and also one of my alts. The thing is that for my main toon everything works fine, I can wear my mask talk to trickster' s and get the quest from the contest master. When I got to my alternate I accepted the event got my mask but cannot talk to trickster or get quest from contest master. The quest is still saying to speak to a representative. This is a bug and is currently being invistigated.
