Insurgencies no longer give rewards after today's update?

Did several Insurgencies runs after today's update and got nothing (there was no button Ctrl+F to claim rewards).
Is it just me or anyone else too?

The bug is still there. I still get no rewards from time to time (it's like 20% chance to get no reward).

At first I thought it might be related to afk mechanics (like do no dmg within 30 secs then you get no reward or something like that), but several times I've got no rewards even when I was non stop hitting mobs the whole Insurgency run!
On the other hand, once I was afk most of the time, and got reward (even rod dropped in that run).

So, whatever the mechanics is it's not working as it should be.

Can vouch for this issue. Happened to me back to back not 20 minutes ago. Meanwhile an AFK $#@%bucket named Magicop reaped the benefits of my hard work I wasn't rewarded for.

I've noticed that my Fighter gets no reward more often than other classes, it could be a coincidence though.
