Goristro's Horns bonus "Butcher's Focus" not giving the stats and not displaying in Buffs

Good morning,

I have been testing the Goristro's Horns bonus "Butcher's Focus" and it is not giving the correct bonus stats.



It states that every hit or heal you do over 10% of your Maximum HP will grant you 1% of Critical Strike.

First problem is that Butcher's Focus bonus is not showing at the Buffs bar, neither at the short buffs nor the long buffs.

Second problem is that it is not giving the correct amount of stats.

With a base Critical Strike of 89097 it changed to 89416, 89738, 90063, 90401, 90722 and 91085, after a chain of 6 big enough hits. Which means increases of 319, 322, 325, 338, 321, 363, so:

1. the progression is not even stable.
   
2. the values of each increase are not event near to the 1% of 89097 Critical Strike.
   
3. the 1% is neither a static value, like 1000 points or something analogous.
   

It would be great if someone takes a look at what is not working with this equipment bonus.

i dont believe its giving 1% of your Critical Stat, I think its adding the 1%per stack directly to the critical Chance
