Rough Astrals are not refining automatically on my a/c

Any idea why?

    I assume you are talking about Rough AD to be refined to AD.
    Rough AD is not "converted" automatically.
    It is refined in 2 ways:
    1. you refine it yourself in your purse.
    2. It is auto-refined when you login to the character (which holds the rough AD) the day(s) after. If you do not login, nothing happens.

    The 100K daily cap applies.

    e.g. you have 1000K rAD in your account. You login 5 days after. 100K will be refined. Not 500K.
    If you login to the character once per day and 5 days in a row, 500K will be refined.

    Yeah I know how it’s supposed to work. It’s not. I’m having to refine manually
