All AP get lost in Avernus switching areas

Turned in a request for help and they asked me to post it here.

I will have full AP when I leave an area, let's say Stygian Docks, hop in my speedy car, drive at normal speed with no boost over to Harumann's Hill, enter the area all my AP is gone. Doesn't matter from or to what area. I haven't tried no car and just using the mount.

It happens regardless of how much AP I have, It happens with full, 3/4, 1/2 and 1/4 full.

    Driving the car takes all your AP. It's working as intended as far as anyone knows.

    Use up the daily before you head out to the wasteland.

    Ok, so even if you don't use the turbo mode the AP is gone? I wasn't aware of that. Thanks!
