Hound of the Forge and Bel +5 ring

I have yet to see anyone get either of these 2 items in the last 45 days. Is the drop rate broken where they cannot be obtained?

I am farming the Hound (via Ornate Box) for my characters and only got it on my CW. I expect drop rate be 1 per 100+ boxes? My CW so far open over 75+ box to get the mount.

My friends and I suspect +5 Bel ring only drop from the hard version of Bel. Which we attempted but failed due to stats scaling when someone is responsible for catapults and get slaughtered by the Imps.

Do you recall how long ago you got the mount? I'm curious if the mod that added Avernus included an unintended bug that prevents the mount from dropping anymore.
