BUGGED Hardcore Spellplague, SERIOUS????

Really you put on the weeklies a super mega bugged dungeon in the hardcore version?
We still wait, more or less from 2017, a fix for Nostura bug. It's almost impossible to do it without die, because venom kill everyone in 4/5 seconds and because you still can't do dps if you don't want to be oneshotted.

Do you think about what you do?

You run the dungeon with 2 healers. Looking at Nostura eye will remove the curse and turn you into stone. Curse spreads whilst being close to each other just like Corona xD. Still you gotta be endgame to balance the dps/hp/inc healing and so on. It's not for everyone. It's a challenge that causes drama. It's not buggy.

This dungeon isn't bugged, it has mechanics that punish you if you don't learn them. I know I did this dungeon without deaths last week in a guild run.

Yeah, it is not bugged.. you just need to learn the mechanics and possibly have a little luck with the timing of the curse.

But my personal opinion is that there is so much that can go wrong in there that time-wise you are better off running BHEs.

Hardcore can be fun though, it brings a nerve to the game that you get nowhere else. So try it for the fun :)

No guys IT'S BUGGED. I know it's possible to finish Nostura without die, you have to be careful with damage and lucky, very, very lucky with the curse.
It's not the point, they try to fix the oneshot hit more of 2 time, never did, We all do a low dps with Drufi too but it's not the same, Drufi make a special attack wich need you hide behind ice, Nostura not. She simply kill all the team because we do too much dps. Reaaly they can't fix this? Why I can do Valindra or a lot of bosses and minibosses with a mechanic that prevent we kill them too fast and can't do the same with Nostura? Why they don't escalate the curse damage?

If you get the curse right after the eye, you are dead. There is no exception about gear, knowledge, skill or friends (except probably mentioned double healers) - you are dead before the next eye comes.

The wipe mechanics makes no sense as well - and actually, making Nostura immortal in that phase would eliminate that issue completely. It is strange - she is immortal on a regular basis, but when she gets moody...
On the other hand, I can see the inspiration here. If you touch her when she wants to be alone, she just bites your head off and wipes out all your relatives. Sounds like a real life scenario.

Drufi could be easily solved as well - by not allowing her to skip phases, forcing her to follow the proper SOP regardless of the damage received.

So this week we have HC ToNG and mSPC for weekly favor runs. ToNG was released after mSPC and is supposed to be a bigger challenge, yet there is no one complaining about ToNG on the boards. Why? Because cryptic actually went back(after complaints on our end) and took a look at Ras Nsi and found something wrong.
They have not done so for mSPC. While it wasn't always this buggy mess, it has slowly over time broken down to the point where you have three options: overpower your way through it and succeed, follow the exacting mechanics AND get lucky with the curse to win, or fail. The first option doesn't work very well for hardcore, as there is usually a death. That leaves only the second option of following the mechanics perfectly AND getting lucky, which should never be the way to win a fight in a repeatable dungeon. A look by the Dev team at the mechanics of Nostura should happen.

Well, right now they dont have any time to look at all the problems with Neverwinter, while working on Magic the Gathering. Dont think anything will be fixed until 2021

While I won't exactly call it a bug, the only feature in mSPC that is problematic wrt. hardcore is a badly timed curse. Curses should never kill you before you have had the chance to catch a stun, and that can be problematic currently even with strong heal support.

Even if the entire party understands the mechanics, if the curse comes at the wrong time, somebody will die. It really is inexcusable that they create these weekly challenges that probably 99% will never end up doing, the grind for those Zariels is bad enough, but this is just rubbing salt in the wounds.

The two are not related, different game, different developers assigned. The only shared resource is the Core team which deals with the engine.

There are currently 2 relatively safe spots allowing you to survive the heart of winter blast when there is no iceblock to hide behind because you did too much damages and made Drufy skip phases : stick yourself to one of the 2 corners between the brick walls and the spiked ice walls (the very edge of the ice spikes works fine if you can't eat too much damages from them) and you may survive. I tend to choose the one on the right (when facing the stairs) as i find it easier to survive there than in the left one (my own feeling).
