Vault of Piety Currency

I reported this bug on June 15, 2020, and the customer service rep. said he'd forward the issue to tech. support. It is now Sept., and nothing has changed. I cannot spend ARDENT COINS with any of my characters. Also, I can only buy artifact or enchantment packs with the other currency. I checked on Google, and someone reported this issue 2 years ago, according to a faq on Gamespot.
