My critical severity does not increase 20% while wearing the vorpal..

    And how do you test that ? Do you go on the preview site, and use a "fixed damage" weapon? If not, then you are probably wrong.

    (it may not show up on your character sheet, but that's true for all temporary buffs.
    Hoping for improvements...

    (Without vorpal) my crit sev is 103, weared 103..

    You still have the extra 20% crit severity, it just doesn’t show up on your character sheet.

    Not a temporary buff, and used to show is not showing anymore. And should be in buff not there.

    Cant remember that my vorpal was shown on my char log ever. U can hit an enemy and have a look in your combat log.
    It should say, that your vorpal dealt x damage. Except you are a wizard and use ray of frost. This at-will will not trigger vopral. Seems to be a bug
