Rings and Belts of the Companion

I don't know if this is WAI, but all IL 1010 Rings and Belts from module 16 and 17 drops only in Warden Expeditions (Examples: Burnt Belt of the Companion, Noble Emerald Ring of the Companion).
I do Master Expeditions every single day, and I never ever got one of these items above in Zok chests or Master Expeditions. I only get Icons, Talismans, Grimoires and Sword Knots.
Is this right ??
