Fix Augment's (Ioun stone of allure) decreasing your HP instead of increasing it.

Hello it's me again. I forgot to include this yesterday on your weekly sweep.

It has been a well known fact over time that augments that are supposedly increasing your HP, decreases it instead. Most common example is Ioun Stone of Allure. The HP bonus DECREASES your HP instead of INCREASING it.

I hope typing it four times is enough to get attention to be fixed. I have my bolster in that category at 15%, but I'm NOT using it because the augment DECREASES MY HP because of that bug.

With changes made to Con, to give more HP, probably for Zariel, fixing this issue too would be a nice help in regards to that. and honestly this bug has been going on for so long.

Also affects Black Dragon Ioun Stone and Rat Pup, among others.

Pretty sure this was fixed at some point (both preview and live) before M19 launched. They then proceeded to break it again.
